How you feel good during pregnancy



Whether you've dreamed of becoming pregnant for years or if you have taken by surprise, you may have imagined what pregnancy can look and feel. As may be waiting for the changes your body will have as the baby grows, or you're afraid.

- Stay active: when you feel bloated and sick to your stomach, get out of bed can seem like a big challenge. So if your hair is usually very thick and you fear it even more difficult to handle, you can cut a little but not much, because it is not necessary that you make drastic changes in your image.
