Strengthen muscles during pregnancy

A good exercise for pregnancy makes you heart beat, keeps you flexible, and it makes you gain weight control and prepare your muscles without physical stress cause you or your baby. Some other exercises recommended by experts and doctors.



Some exercises for flexibility and strength are:

- Yoga: Yoga helps to keep muscles toned and flexible follow with very little, if any, impact on joints. But the best thing for your health would be combinases your yoga regime with good hiking or swimming several times a week to keep your heart working.


- Stretching: Stretching is wonderful to keep all your body flexible and relaxed and to prevent muscle aches. Add stretching to a cardiovascular workout for a full body work.

- Weight training: If weights and are part of your exercise routine , not reason to stop, but most pregnant women should reduce the amount of weight you are lifting , so that you can do more repetitions that segurarte are working well.

If you take precautions and use good technique, bone with smooth and controlled, the weights are a great way to tone and strengthen your muscles.
