Baby cots, points to consider

We spoke earlier of the bassinet, its usefulness for the early months, but then the baby starts to grow, the more comfortable for parent is the acquisition of a good family, where the child may use it for the next two years of life.

As most of the time the child is in the crib monitor nobody should be a safe environment, falls are the most common injuries and are the easiest to avoid.

The crib must meet certain requirements that parents should keep in mind when you buy:
The separation of the bars should not exceed 2 3/8 inches, one to the other, to try to pass the baby when you are not accidentally pinches the head.

There should be no hole in the headboard or the footboard, so that the baby can not get his head.

If the crib has sharp edges or corners on the sides, unscrew the, or cut, the baby's clothing could get caught and cause strangulation.

Many Older cribs have been painted with lead-containing chemicals, if your baby chews or round house the rail, (usual thing) could intoxicated. Can precautions sand and repaint the crib, if old, using quality paint.

Trifles appear, but when it comes to care for our baby we must remember these simple tips, to provide healthy growth in a more than safe.
